Poor level of service

Very poor customer service, purchased car for £14k+ & within less than a week had 2 faults, had to chase them 3 times to get a response, & then was told by one of the directors, “well, it is a six year old car” One fault fixed but the 2nd fault still not rectified even though they said it was sorted ,contacted the dealer last Friday & promised a call back, four days later still waiting??!!
