Problems after Problems AUDI Q5

If I could give a no star review I would!!! Sold us a faulty unsafe car constant issues from first week of having it. Engine management light, suspension problems, car cuts out while driving. Refused us a refund within the first 30 days when we asked, told us we couldnt do that. Then after owning the car for 3 months of which Parks has had it for 6 of those weeks, it has more issues. We finally Told them we've had enough & want our money back but they are offering to take it back for £2500 less than we bought it. We've been patronised by the staff, treated as if we are stupid. They try to make it out as though they are 'doing us a favor' as we were told by offering us that amount. After contacting Head Office with the promise of a manager calling back, They never do and are also not interested. DO NOT BUY FROM PARKS!!! THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER DEALERS TO PURCHASE A SAFE ROADWORTHY CAR FROM. DO NOT TRUST PARKS OF HAMILTON!!!
