Terrible Customer Service

I have purchased 2 cars from this dealership and to be fair both cars were good. However I returned to buy another car and the service I received was shocking! I booked a test drive the day before and when I arrived I was told rather brusquely "well you want to see it first surely" I looked around the car went back inside and no test drive was offered even though I had booked it. I asked about finance but their systems were down and was told I would be called back. It's now been 2 weeks and no call. I can only assume that they don't want to sell the car?! To be honest, even though I have purchased 2 cars here in the past I would NOT return and I would not recommend.
