Amazing Supportive Service

My second review for Kia Services in Beckenham, the first via Google. So impressed! My car was stolen recently and whilst my husband and I recovered it happily, I was in a complete mess and worried about a re- attempt. First stop Nick who took the time to listen, and then advise on next steps to sort security to meet both the insurance companies requirements and improve my own feeling of security, Then onto Craig who took my car in for the work to be done, and could not have been kinder, even suggesting that whilst my car would be locked up whilst there he put my new steering lock on it may make me feel more comfortable. The receptionist taking my check call was equally as kind, noting that if you do have to leave a message they always ring back. In essence that took what was a ghastly experience and showed care and attention that whilst did not make the pain of what happened go away, made it a lot easier to deal with. Thank you!
