Worst. Company. Ever

Worst company ever. Do not buy anything from them. We had been searching for a car for a long time and found one we liked the look of at Motorhub. When we got there they showed us the car which looked ok aesthetically. The whole purchase process was very quick, they didn’t take any ID (or even see a drivers license for the test drive), they asked for bank transfer (we now assume that’s so we couldn’t attempt to claim anything back through the bank when the car broke down 8 weeks later costing £2000) and all bank transfers go to a completely different company set up as a “car hire company” but looking on google maps is just an office block miles away - make of that what you will! We left the show room with the car and immediately had an issue, which unfortunately was just the first of many. In the year we have had the car, it has visited the garage to be fixed 11 times and cost us £6000 in repairs. I fully believe the majority of these issues the garage were 100% aware of. Companies house is an interesting read for Motorhub, especially if you’ve visited their showroom and seen how many high priced cars they have for sale. Avoid at all costs. I wish we’d looked into Motorhub before purchasing.
