Mavis and Ron

I bought a 15 plate Ford B max earlier this month. It had damage to both map pockets built into the back of the drivers and front passengers seats. I tried to get the damage repaired under the Ford warranty, since the damage was clearly due to a design fault. Ford customer relations rejected my claim based on information provided by T.C. Harrison. However, I was delighted when Auto Devotion stepped up and rectified the damage themselves. I am extremely satisfied with the car, and am especially grateful to this dealership for their good customer relations. Special thanks to Mathew Shikell for all his help.
