Love my new car

The smoothest & calmest purchase of a car ever. I’d been in touch with Muz over email & had arranged a test drive. Got there and didn’t see much difference to the car I already had. I was stressed & felt like I wasted his time. Muz was the calmest & most patient sales advisor ever. He could see I was overwhelmed & gave me plenty of time & space to decide what I wanted to do. We discussed a slightly bigger car, Hyundai Kona. He showed me one that had already been sold but said they would try & source 1 for me if I liked it. Well that car instantly bought a smile to my face. It was the perfect size. It was definitely the car for me. Muz & his manager Vanessa managed to source 2 cars within a few hours & emailed me all the details. They’d found my perfect car. I went in a couple of days later to test drive it & purchased it the day after. The customer service experience was 100% spot on, the communication throughout was perfect. At no point did I feel pressured. I was always informed of all the options available & given plenty of time to decide what was right for me. I’ve had my car for 24 hours & still cannot stop smiling. All the staff here are friendly & welcoming. Cannot thank them all enough for finding me my perfect car.
