Not as described, had scratches on the bonnet and side panels that had to be cleared before final paperwork. Since February when I purchased the Mazda 6 (for over £22,000) it has been in the repair shop for head light issues, Sat nav problems and now 8 months later paint bubbling on the bonnet in 3 areas. The services department was too busy to look at the issue and the receptionist took mobile phone pictures and said he would get back to me in a couple of days. One week later I rang and was informed that Mazda UK said it was stone chips and is not liable. I rang Mazda UK and they had no record of the Canterbury branch making contact. Now the Canterbury branch said its birds mess and again not covered. I have had several different makes in my lifetime but Mazda is the first to state that a car just over 18 months old, still in warranty is not covered. All my cars have parked in the same place and I have never had issues before. BEWARE. I then contact again Mazda Canterbury over my SAFEGUARD COSTING £500. This company has not got the car registered, don't worry said the Sales Manager of Canterbury Mazda it was an admin error. Unbelievable. Needless to say I will be selling this car soonest and reverting back to Vauxhall.
