I booked for to service my C-Class I checked their website was showing the price for service A £289.66, Replace Dust Filter £34.92, Replace brake fluid £88.00, Replace Air filter £86.76, Clean & Lubricate £31.57. Total is £530.91 incl. vat. But they changed me £605.42 and they did not changed the Air Filter! I asked them them to check but they refused and told me website price is wrong. Also I authorised them to changed the wipes blades (£76.32 incl.vat) but they didn’t changed any. I don’t know why they charged me £605.42 without changing the air filter and why they told me their website price £530.91 was wrong and why they didn’t change my wiper blades too. Thanks.
