Time wasting, inconsiderate, unreliable
Seen a vehicle on Ebay and gave Jay a £500 deposit to secure it. I was told the vehicle was waiting for a part from the mot and told it would be ready in a week. I contacted them a week later, to be told the part still hadn't arrived and they couldn't give me a timescale. I repeatedly rang all week, to be told Jay would ring me back. One day I rang 5 times!!! And still never had a return call. 2 weeks later i was still being told the part hadn't arrived and they had no idea when it would arrive, and no timescale was given. I was left hanging with no car, and no timescale. 3 weeks in, I rang the garage several times, to be told Jay would call me back. I was also told that I would be informed as soon as the part arrived. By this time I couldn't understand how a part could take so long!!!!.... I rang the garage on Thursday of the 3rd week of waiting, to be told Jay would call me back again... when i did spesk to Jay, all he did was blame other people saying he could only tell me what he was told.....By this stage I'd had enough, Sunday I travelled around and bought another car. 3 days later I contacted the garage for my deposit back, only to be told Jay is not in, and he would ring me tomorrow. No surprise there... Exactly 3 weeks to the day of waiting, Jay phoned me back to return my deposit, and at the same time told me that the car was on the ramps having the part fitted!!!! Which you can imagine, I was fumming. They hadnt even phoned me to tell me the part had arrived.... This is absolutely shocking behaviour from a dealership... but looking at the other reviews on here it seems like this is there norm. They have no customer care.....And looking at the reviews theres a lot of people worse off than me.
