Poor After Service.
We bought an Audi car for £17k + In September 2024. 4 + Months later the engine light came on. When I returned It to Audi Stirling to check, The 1st thing they said without checking the car or reviewing my warranty, was this might Not be covered. A few days later they called me to say that I was covered & their was a serious problem with the gear box & engine. They then called back after another few days to say that they did Not have the relevant parts & It could be another week or so before this could be repaired or returned to me. They then said I could come In & pick up a curtesy car the following Saturday. Saturday morning before I left the house to pick up the curtesy car. they called me that due to me being under the age of 21 they could Not offer me curtesy car. Poor Service & so time consuming. Now heading Into the 3rd week without Transport. This gear box & engine problem must have been picked up by their service team at the time they were preparing It for Sale. All talk by these people & Provide a very poor after service. 1st time I bought from them & by current performances the last.
