Avoid in my opinion.

0 out of 10. Absolute worst dealership I’ve ever visited and I’ve bought dozens of cars. I bought a Nissan juke Hybrid from here late last year. I had patience all the way though despite problem after problem and now completely lost any confidence in both the vehicle and the dealership. When I purchased the vehicle it was supposed to be on finance initially but I was messed around for a week and a half so said I’ll pay cash in full I just want the car now. Then I was told that was ok but they even said they would lose their bonus this way but will do it so they don’t lose the sale. I was told I would receive 12 months tax and a tank of fuel in the deal which I didn’t ask for but it was a nice touch. When I paid for the vehicle and read the docs at home they actually charged me £180 road tax and £30.00 fuel charge I was baffled but let it go. I noticed on day 1 of owning and driving it the drivers headlamp was full of water, the radio button didn’t work, a heater vent switch was missing and to say it was supposed to have been valeted the interior windows were mucky and found chips in the seat runners and a dog ball under the boot liner. Not what you except from a dealer. So proceeded to book in as it still had manufacturer warranty. I was told the headlamp was ordered and the volume button had been repaired with WD40 I actually have the voice recording of this. 3 weeks later I had to ask what was going on with the parts they didn’t call me. When it was finally re booked for the 3rd visit. I came home fairly happy keeley was lovely and reassuring and that still stands she is the only person decent at her job their everyone else appears rude and uninterested unless it benefits them. However I got the car back and the new headlamp I was told was new I’m not 100 percent certain was or if it was it was scratched in several places when it was apparently brand new it had also developed a new fault since they’ve had it it would’ve go into park position probably you had to really push it forward to be able to turn off the vehicle on top of this, I was charged to 2 courtosy cars even though I’d only just got the car. Given no apology’s about anything whatsoever.ive just parked the vehicle up now and bought a new vehicle elsewhere, im fortunate to be in the position to do that not everyone is, this is the actual worse customer service ive ever experienced. I’m not taking Bristol street to court and in contact with legal support and local media. But for now loving my new car and received an amazing service from an online company who’s name I won’t disclose but if you really want a Nissan I would chose the dealer and aftercare center carefully. I’ve personally lost confidence and moved onto another brand within just 3 months of owning it after this experience. Awful
