⭐ 1-Star Review I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Volvo Grantham due to an incorrect finance flag placed on a car I purchased from them. This error has caused significant issues in trying to sell the vehicle, yet despite multiple attempts to resolve it, the customer service has been shockingly poor. Communication has been non-existent, with little to no meaningful updates or urgency in fixing their mistake. This is not just an inconvenience—it’s a clear breach of Financial Services Authority (FSA) guidelines, which makes the lack of accountability even more concerning. A dealership should stand by its customers and resolve issues efficiently, but my experience has been the complete opposite. I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from Volvo Grantham, as their after-sales service is severely lacking.
