Outstanding Buying Experience

I had been looking for an Aston for some time and came across my ideal specification on Derek’s website, from reviewing his fleet it was clear that he only stocks the highest quality cars which can only be described as best in class. Not being local to Edinburgh, I was carrying out all pre-purchase enquiries over the phone, Derek kindly made himself available whenever needed to answer all my questions, nothing felt like too much trouble. Derek is a true gentleman with a clear passion for cars and after several conversations I had no hesitation on purchasing the car sight unseen. On collection day, I met Derek at his garage and when I first saw my new car in person, I was over the moon, it was even better than described, a perfect example! Derek took the time to walk me round the car, explaining its history and gave me time to inspect it and at no time did I feel under pressure or rushed, he even gave me advice on how to care for the car. Derek, thank you for making the purchase of my first Aston such an enjoyable experience, it was a pleasure doing business with you and I hope to do so again in the future.
