Bought a used car from here, asked if there was anything wrong with it to which he assured there was not. Got it home, had a local mechanic check it over and he informed me the clutch was slipping and there was severe rust under the back end. Tried contacting JCIW on several occasions but had no luck. Phoned the RAC to find out about the warranty and seek advice, to which they stated the car wasn't registered with them so I had no warranty or breakdown cover which was agreed in the sale. I am extremely unsatisfied with JCIW Ltd.
