Poor Customer Service

I have sent 3 x Vehicle enquiries through their Website and have received nothing back - very poor. I also visited the dealership in January - it was very busy, but the Guy on Reception looked like he didn't want to be there; he asked us what we wanted, but he said nobody was available and went back to his desk. We waited for 10 mins, but he didn't even acknowledge us as were standing there. In the end, we walked out.
