Avoid This Company at All Costs – Dishonest and Deceptive Practices I strongly urge anyone considering purchasing from this company to think twice. Their business is built on deception, dishonesty, and unsafe practices. Nearly all of their stock appears to come from Fleet Motor Group, a company known for auctioning off cheap, high-mileage hire vans. When I questioned them about this on the day of collection, they flat-out denied any connection—only for me to walk into their office and see an employee actively placing bids on the Fleet Auction Group website. When I confronted them, they gave me a feeble excuse, claiming he was simply listing a camper van and they quickly dimmed the screen. The lies didn’t stop there. They misled me into purchasing a van under completely false pretences, even providing an MOT certificate that was clearly obtained fraudulently, knowing full well the van was unroadworthy. Before paying a deposit, I specifically requested the service history and asked if the van had previously been a hire vehicle. The sales team falsified the service history by cropping out FLEET HIRE SERVICES, while also verbally assuring me that it had never been a hire van. Despite my initial caution due to a previous bad experience with Ford, I trusted their assurances and proceeded with the purchase, transferring £23,000 plus a £1,000 deposit. That trust was a huge mistake. Shocking Issues on Collection Day I couldn’t drive the van off the premises because the rear lights and indicators weren’t working, despite the fact that it had supposedly just passed an MOT with flying colours 0.1 miles ago. When I raised my concerns, they told me to "have a seat" while they "fixed" the issues. In reality, all they did was reset the warning light and send me on my way. I barely made it to the end of the road before other drivers started honking at me because my indicators still weren’t working. At that point, I immediately stopped at a local garage and called the office, demanding to return the van. They refused, instead assuring me that their mechanic. I later took the van to a garage for inspection, where I was told the vehicle Is not safe for the roads who completed a 205 point inspection only 36 miles after purchase,At that point I played smart with George who doesn't stop talking, and started documenting everything. I can't say to much as there is an active DVSA fraud investigation and reported to police The van passed MOT @ 59036 miles I collected on 39037 and the van had the visible. 1 broken side mirror left 1 cracked side mirror glass right. 11mm driver side windscreen chip. ( failed glass repair ) chunks missing out of back left wheel. no back break lights. no indicators left indictor flashes right break light. no hazards missing cruse control stick and limiter. apon further inspection, at a registered MOT garage under filming,. one wheel had no break pad completely. 3 wheels had break pad sensors cut. 4 disc dangerously low. break pads dangerously low. leaf suspension cracked. 2 more illegal Tyres... and the list goes on and on. Bare in mind just passed MOT date of collection passed flying colours with not one single minor fault. Avoid them at all costs or learn the hard way.
