Very very poor - debiting for 2 cars

If I could give Audi Amersham zero stars, I would. Their handling of my car lease payments has been nothing short of disgraceful. Not once, but TWICE, they have wrongly debited my account for two leases—despite this being resolved with Audi Finance the first time. And what makes this even worse? They never even had the basic decency to respond to my emails. This is beyond an administrative error; it’s a complete failure in customer service and financial integrity. I’ve had to waste my time chasing them, rectifying their mistakes, and dealing with unnecessary financial stress—all because they can’t manage a straightforward transaction. A premium brand should come with premium service, but Audi Amersham operates like a backstreet dealership with no interest in their customers beyond taking their money. If you’re considering buying or leasing from them, save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. Absolutely appalling.
