very bad customer care

Shockingly bad communication... I took my Kia Niro into Brayley Kia because the petrol cap wouldn't open. I was told the new part would take 2 to 3 days and they would be in touch. After 5 days of hearing nothing I rang and was told the service dept would ring me back - nothing. Rang back 3 days later and was told the service dept would ring back - guess what? nothing. Rang back after 5 more days and was told I'd been booked in for the part to be fitted - nobody had bothered to tell me . Dropped the car off and got a call saying the car was ready. Went to pick it up - car wasn't ready . I really don't know if I've been lied to - why tell me the car was ready when it wasn't? Now I have to drop the car off again - this issue has now been going on for over a month! I feel really badly treated.
