I GOT SCAMMED

STAY AWAY FROM THESE DEALERS It is with great disappointment that I am writing this review. The main reason for doing so is to make people aware of my situation and to strongly advise them to stay away from this dealer. I bought a car (Seat Arona) from here in July 2023. It was a 2020 model with only around 6,500 miles on it at the time of purchase. They charged me almost 10% more than the market price, promising that the car was in excellent condition and close to brand new. I trusted them, managed to arrange the money with some difficulty, and went ahead with the purchase. The very next day, I noticed a rumbling sound coming from the front wheel, which was really annoying. I immediately informed them, and they asked me to bring the car in. After a test drive, they told me there was nothing concerning. Despite this, I had to visit them a couple more times as the noise became increasingly bothersome. Eventually, they booked the car for a service and claimed that some parts had been replaced. However, just a week later, the same noise returned. I informed them again, but for nearly two years, I have been requesting them to properly test-drive the car and identify the issue. Each time, they briefly get in the car, dismiss my concerns, and insist that they don’t hear anything—that it’s just my imagination. I am someone who pays close attention to these kinds of issues, and this noise has been incredibly frustrating. Instead of enjoying my drives, this constant sound has made me feel terrible every time I get in the car. It’s difficult to put into words, but it has been a real struggle. I deeply regret trusting them. At the very least, I expected some respect and for them to take just 30 minutes to properly test-drive the car and identify the issue. I strongly believe they are already aware of the problem and are just making excuses to avoid spending money on repairs. The last time I went there, one of them got into my car, claiming it was for a test drive, only to ask me to drop him off somewhere 😐. I am struggling with this every day and honestly don’t even know what to do anymore. At this point, I am considering selling the car, but I decided to write this review first in the hope that it will prevent at least one person from making the same mistake I did. I also plan to share this review on as many platforms as possible, including YouTube, along with all the email communications and proof I have. Additionally, I have started looking into filing a complaint against them with the appropriate consumer protection authorities. I would strongly advise this dealership to show at least 1% ethics and be a little more genuine with customers. Business is not just about making money—I hope they realize that someday.!
