We brought our mercedes into the dealership as the Ad Blu light had come on, our normal Mercedes specialist had already confirmed the issue was electrical and a sensor issue so would need a main dealer. They recalibrated and sent us on our way charging 200 pound for the pleasure. Upon the health check they said the car was fine other than the aircon needing servicing. I drove away realising they had left the bonnet open but glad it had been resolved. The day after the Ad Blu light came back on, back we went, this time they said the tank had gone and needed replacing 1800 pounds later I drove away again, the bonnet again open! I got half way home and the light again returned. Back I went, another health check said that there was now an issue with the suspension, wipers and brakes - amazing how this was the third time they had done a health check within a fortnight and first time these issues where identified. Alongside these new issues which had all appeared within the 10 miles I had driven between leaving the garage and returning to the garage they said the injectors now needed placement at another 2000 - by this point my bank was empty and my patience had gone. I collected my car and haven’t returned since but am over 2000 lighter and still having to pay off the balance for work done that was completely pointless and was not the issue. Took to another garage for second opinion and was resolved within the hour for 300 pound, another health check showed no issues on the vehicle. Please avoid at all costs unless you have a lot of patience and very deep pockets, their communication is also terrible, saying they would contact with updates and then nothing till you phone back hours later.
