Stay well away! never use this service department - they are wholly incapable of undertaking repairs! My Alfa was delivered to Desira Group London a MONTH ago and still don't have it back. Was in for an under warranty fault repair - they did nothing with the cat at all for a week, then claimed it had no fault. Had to drive there and go on a ride along when the technician immediately agreed there WAS a fault. now a month later they still haven't fixed anything - always claiming to be "waiting for parts" whenever I ring up. Appalling service, and technically obviously have zero clue what they are doing - or car would have been fixed weeks ago! Do not risk losing your car for weeks / months by letting this lot play with it - take it to a reputable garage who know how to fix a car in a reasonable timeframe. Better to use a cowboy working out of a lockup than this bunch who don't have the slightest clue.
