Lexus UX unreliable EPU

My vehicle has an error stating EPU is unavailable and is not usable. This is the 2nd time in 2.5 years this has happened on a new vehicle. This doesn't feel like an acceptable , high quality product. As a first time Lexus user I am very disappointed and I wouldn't recommend to others.
