NEVER TRUST OR GO TO AUDI WATFORD!

I strongly advise against purchasing from Audi Watford. My experience with them has been extremely disappointing and concerning. After purchasing a Q7, multiple issues emerged immediately, including malfunctioning parking sensors and safety features that were promised but not present in the vehicle. The sales team made several misrepresentations about the vehicle's features, including a premium sound system and hands-free boot operation that was advertised but not included. When these issues were raised, the staff repeatedly dismissed and minimised my concerns rather than addressing them professionally. Most concerning was their response to safety-related issues. When I reported problems with the vehicle's basic functions, I was told this was "normal" - despite other Audi dealerships confirming this wasn't the case. The level of after-sales service has been extremely poor, with numerous attempts to resolve these issues being ignored or dismissed. Despite multiple communications and attempts to resolve these issues through proper channels, the dealership has consistently failed to take appropriate action or honour its obligations under consumer protection laws. Their approach to customer service has seriously damaged my trust in both the dealership and potentially the brand. If you're considering purchasing from Audi Watford, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. The stress and frustration of dealing with their poor service and misleading sales practices is not worth it. This is not the level of service one expects from a premium car brand.
