Not a good experience

Unfortunately I had quite a poor experience with this garage, at first they were brilliant, let me reserve the car until I got my previous car sorted, test drove it and all seemed fine. Collection day came, and this is when the issues started. I was told that the rear tyres both had cracking round the edges which was apparently noticed just before I came to collect the car which I think was completely made up and they thought it was just more convenient for me to get the new budget tyres they sourced me fitted myself. Not something you should have to do on the day of collecting your new car when having paid nearly 14 thousand pound. Only a day or so after I collected the car I noticed that the steering of the car was off, almost like I was having to fight with the car. Was told this was just an ST thing but can be booked in 1.5 weeks later to have a look which I thought was disappointing having to wait that long. A day later I went on the motorway and the vibration from the steering wheel was severely abnormal, I spoke to Glen about this which he said to bring the car in and he'll give it a test run to which he told me the vibration is completely normal and I need to stop overthinking as nothing in the world is perfect. What???? Anyway I am not made of money and knew there was something wrong with this car. I headed over to a much more reputable garage and was told that the car had two buckled alloy wheels and was due rear brakes and pads. Bit odd how this wasn't picked up on the latest MOT in December as the car had no advisories. I relayed this to HGG to which they offered me a full refund which I accepted. Not once was I given an apology or compensation for how I had been treated and the fuel l had to pay for while constantly driving to their garage and back for tyres and steering problems. Anyway Lesson learned and I will never step foot near this garage again especially since you only get 28 days warranty which isn't even a warranty that's just the time you have to take the car back to reject. Not saying everyone's experience will be like mine but thought I needed to share mine.
