Worst experience of my life! Bought a Ford ranger from this company BA18XHS sold with one year Mot. After 150 miles and owning only 26 days! engine started to rattle, blue smoke from exhaust multiple lights on dash I had the ministry carry out a Pre mot on vehicle to find out it had the Dpf gutted out and failed emissions multiple times dodgy Mot, I called the garage for my money back and I said the vehicle is not fit for purpose owner said it was a trade sale and laughed and I was told no refund was going to be given, after 3 months of battling they said I needed to bring the truck back for an inspection, and there response was that the 4x4 truck had been of road and that’s why it was broken, “ a pick up going of road now that’s unheard of” 🤣 I had never been of road in the truck but just goes to show they will say anything to not give you your money back I paid a garage for a full report of all known faults before the sale and had them by the balls, long story short I got my money back but what a set of tossers to deal with, now the vehicle is back up for sale probably with the same faults which some unfortunate person will buy it and make the same mistake I did please please avoid at all cost Bunch of cowboys!
