problem with car

Bought a Ford Kuga end of november had nothing but trouble from second day.Contacted owner not interested told me to sort it myself as i didnt want agro i did , now a new problem has arisen with the loss of communication to bcm .Hes not interested again to either repair replace or refund as im still within 6 months he is ignoring my consumer rights snd blocked me so im going to have to sort it another way he calls people a weirdo an idiot etc this from a buisness man totally wrong attitude
