Appalling customer service from NK motor

Appalling customer service from NK motors Chilwell. Took my 21 plate xceed to them in May 2024 as the back door handles were sticking. I was verbally told this is covered under warranty and it was fixed. Eight months later (Jan 2025) I booked the car back in as the handles had the same issue and on occasions they had opened whilst driving. Assuming like before, this would be fixed under the warranty, prehaps properly this time. I was told it had a foreign body sprayed onto the handles and it was not covered. My options were, pay £144 to get my car back or pay over £400 for 3 hours labour to remove the door cards and clean and spray white grease into them. I paid the £144, drove to Halfords and bought the white grease. My husband removed the handles, cleaned and sprayed the white grease. It took maximum 15 minutes of his time. Something they were prepared to charge me an extortionate amount for. I felt lied to and scammed by this garage. I approached Kia regarding this issue, nk motors told them the first time was a good will gesture and they would only charge me for the labour time it took. None of these words were said to me. I would certainly re think using this garage, they will book you in under false pretenses and be little you, what ever happened to prioritising customer satisfaction?
