Absolutely shocking service!

Car taken by AA after breakdown, told initially it would be fixed in 1/2 weeks, as head gasket had gone. 4 weeks later no car! Told was due to mechanic being ill! 10 weeks later still no car, garage says starting next week… they get the head skimmed and fix other relevant parts only to tell me it’s failed pressure test and needs new engine , At this point the bill was already astronomical and I had been without a car for 13 weeks! They had the audacity to bill me for an unrepairable vehicle! AVOID AVOID AVOID….. They don’t know the meaning of service or professionalism! Bunch of cowboys
