Appalling from start to finish

I purchased 2 Audi's from this branch, was told that my service plan would be included on one of the cars and left the branch feeling overjoyed at the service I received. I have been charged for the service plan and passed from pillar to post (now on my 5th person to talk to as they have miraculously left the business)! Service plan not resolved, complained to Audi - they dont care!! For expensive cars - they have NO CLUE about customer service. I will see out my arrangement and opt for a company that values customers!!!
