Lack of customer service

We attended Threeways services today to look at i10 Hyundai used cars. The customer service is really non existent. The lady in the front did not even acknowledge our presance. She was browsing on her computer. Only one other person with other clients. No one to show us around. We loitered for a while hoping someone will notice us. We left disappointed and completely ignored. You lost a customer today. You could do so much better.
