Horn pressed at Disabled person

I came down to Rotherham citroen as i am Disabled I am looking for a Bigger car to fit my mobility scooter in and was walking very slowly due to my Disability and stopped for a minuite to get my breathe when a member of there staff decided to press the horn at me this is very disrespectful for any person to basically get out of the way they could see i am Disabled. there staff could have wound the window down and said excuse me can i pass i will Not be looking at there cars again very Disappointed
