Warning DO NOT BUY from this company. I purchased an Alpha Romeo Mito FP12UZG for my wife as a run around and paid cash for the car. 1 week after purchase the car broke down because the alternator went which was diagnosed by an independent garage. MKB cars picked up the car and then disappeared for 4 days with no contact. After with holding my number they finally answered to say there was nothing wrong with the car and if it breaks down again they will replace the alternator. This was not acceptable as the dodgy warranty they put on the car would have expired so I rejected the car and requested my money back. After another 4 days of them ignoring my calls they agreed to refund my money back and would charge me £250 admin fee. I spent days contesting this but they would not refund so I bit the bullet and accepted that we would pay the so called admin fee to get our refund. They then sent a driver to come to my house and collect the green V5 slip and agreed to pay my money back minus the admin fee. Today they refunded my money £350 short. When I rang to contest the payment I was told they have taken a further £100 as the drivers fee and hung up on me. I’m disgusted with this cowboy car firm they are a bunch of thieves and I have reported them to trading Standards. They are ripping innocent people off and getting away with it and need to be stoped. I hope Karma and trading standards close them Down before this happened to anyone else!!
