Very poor service

Purchased a vehicle from here which I had made an appointment for, turned up & the vehicle was not even ready but was faced with a guy sat in the drivers seat holding a laptop with the car running - this didnt initially look well. The 1st day was fine until then I had 2 warning lights appear on the dash - The engine management light & the auto stop/start light. Sat nav wasn't working nor the CD player. An email then sent to the garage was then replied with that I needed to call the warranty company. This was not good customer service at all. Didn't even want to know about the car. Warranty company just as useless as the garage but advised me to have a full diagnostic check carried out which I did at a cost of 260 quid!. They had identified it needed a software update & a new aux battery on it which I had done. The problems are still present. Another email to both the garage & warranty company was then ignored until my finance company got involved. Their response was that they will not look at it now because I had the software updated & a new aux battery put on it. Then after further checks on the vehicle I had noticed that both front tyres were down to the legal limit on the inner side. This vehicle was still under 3 months of ownership from me & came with a new MOT with no advisories! how on earth did this pass an MOT with those tyres?? Still no reply from them. So this has now cost me 703 quid to have 4 new tyres on & a full 4wd wheel alignment done due to the wheels so badly out of line. Is this good customer service? No way. They are very polite to your face till you pick the vehicle up & take it home. Do not expect any aftercare at all & their warranty is absolutely useless. I'd never go here again. They also advertise their vehicles are checked by the AA. I will also be approaching the AA now to follow this up.
