We were so impressed by the efficient, reliable and friendly service we received when we bought our Jimny in July 2024, and then when we needed repairs after a skid on black ice in December of that year. We were not pressured to buy, but given excellent information and knowledgeable advice. The staff were so charming and friendly and professional, and paid attention to detail (eg. all documentation placed in a specific file for us).The dealers automatically conducted additional engineering checks before delivering the car to us, which made us feel extra safe and secure. An excellent valet was included also. After our accident we were very reassured by the "can do, nothing is too much trouble" approach. - we really appreciated this and know that it saved us from having to buy another vehicle. We also appreciated the first class collection and delivery service which helped us at a time when it was difficult to be away from home. The car was "like new" when returned - a very high quality finish. Throughout, communication was superb and all pricing so very reasonable.. We can't recommend Cotswold Jimnys highly enough - professional, unpretentious, friendly and reliable - a very rare breed!
