Terrible Service Motability Customer

As a Motability Customer of Rodgers Dealership in Brixton I took over a Lease for a brand new Kia Sportage GT in November 2024 making this car less than 8 weeks old, Yesterday being the 22nd January 2025 the said car developed problems with yellow lights coming on stating Critical Forward Control and Camera Faults, I contacted your service team at 0900am this morning and got an answering Message stating they would call me back !!after some 2 hrs they did explained the problems it was a Motability Car and as such I would need a Courtesy car. I was given a Date a week away even though I said I was unhappy to drive the car with these Problems, asked to speak to the Assistant service manager who said not a Problem she would organise me a Euro Car under the Motability scheme, they contacted me through the RAC and said they would be delivering a Car to the dealership by 1700, I then received a telephone call at 14.15 saying she could not organise the Car, I had to explain that this had been done, I was told i would receive a telephone call when the car arrived Heard nothing so after 24 hrs with a broken car I am still the same Contacted Motor ability direct to make a complaint regarding the dealership they asked me did I want to change a dealership as I had lost confidence in this one and to escalate my complaint, this whole saga has caused me distress and Anxiety one of my medical symptoms I love the car but feel badly let down by the dealership, it completely fell down on my first telephone call to the service department
