Poor customer service

Very poor customer service at Toyota exeter. Misled into servicing my car their yearly to maintain warranty which I’ve now been told isn’t valid. I have tried to complain to Toyota before about poor customer service and been insufficiently responded to leaving my complaint unresolved. Concerning that customers are treated with little respect.
