Do your research & do NOT buy from here!

I bought a £12000 car 18 days ago & I’ve had no end of trouble! There has been numerous problems!! Undisclosed damage to bumper, a puncture hold poorly filled & tried to disguise, damage to paintwork covered up poorly , rear light plastic broken & red lens missing, tyre sensor warning light was on after not being replaced when fitted with a new tyre for MOT, celotape holding wing mirror plastic on, no log book & no wheel locking nuts! I’m sure there will be more issues undisclosed too!! Guy conveniently went away on a break when I first contacted this garage & I’ve not been able to speak with him since! Mollie replied to my messages & was very rude! They NOW won’t answer the phones, I get the odd txt to reply to the odd message! I have since read other reviews saying the same thing about not being able to get hold of them, them not replying or ignoring g phone calls!!! They behave enigmatically & not very professional in the slightest! The worse thing about all this, is that they know of these issues & tried to cover up these problems very quickly! I have photographic evidence that they have tried to conceal this damage since the sale advert was listed!! I have saved the photos & you can see very obviously that they have since tried touching up the paintwork etc & I can see the damage on the light on their photo, along with the hole & scratches!! Guy tried to say that it could have happened once I took ownership, however after explaining that I have photo evidence, he then back tracked asking what I wanted him to do to make things right! They have said they will offer to pay for the damage to be sorted, but expect me to spend all my time researching & contacting car repairs, mechanics & mobile body work specialists, whilst I have 2 children & a baby to care for!! AND to for me to pay it upfront, which I cannot afford to do! I’ve also just read a review from another site, stating that another customer was promised a refund for a problem they experienced but after leaving them a review, he never received the refund as promised! If you do your homework, you will see many bad reviews on their Facebook page & if you google the garage you will find many bad reviews their too! I am deeply unhappy as I purchased this car in good faith, after seeing it advertised on motors.co.uk and getting a reply from Guy to my email address. I did speak over the phone & he did a walk around over the phone stating it had the odd little scratch expected for the age! But he was not being honest with me! He purposefully withheld damage & I would never have agreed to buy this car with these issues, if I had known beforehand! This is illegal & he should NOT be allowed to trade! I paid a further £300 for the car to be delivered to me! I’m also concerned about their MOT’ like a few other customers have mentioned! After this very stressful experience, I am taking further action to make sure other customers never have to go through anything like this!!
