Initially gave them 5 stars, but I have now realised they are not worthy of even the 1 star. Arrived at Enkae to purchase a bmw 330e which was listed for 28k+, however instantly realised a bold tyre on the vehicle, after some back and forth I explained I would not drive the vehicle away with a bold tyre and they then decided to change the tyre not prepared to lose the sale. We checked around the vehicle in the DARK, OUTSIDE there showroom, and went ahead and purchased the vehicle, with 0 movement on the price. As we were now ready to drive away, staff members quickly taped up the boot lid spoiler with some sticky tape??! We drove away and realised the tracking was out on the vehicle, and the inner edges of the tyres wore a lot more than the rest of the tyres, the rear spoiler ended up falling off the boot lid, luckily not causing an accident, and we find clear silicone stuck all over the boot lid. I went to a local business, had the tyres changed and the tracking and alignment done, and also had the silicone removed all at TRADE price for £420. Rang Assim at Enkae and explained the situation, who advised us he had passed information over to ‘management’. 2 months later we finally after back and forth received a call from Irfan (Management) who offered to pay HALF of the costs even after all the inconveniences, after a bodge up job on the rear spoiler, after his staff arguing that a tyre is not bold when it clearly was. Fortunately I had taken pictures and evidence of everything stated above. But you’ll never guess what, Enkae Management had the audacity to make us out to be liars. They are your best friends before you purchase a vehicle from them, but once your vehicle is bought if you have any issues they are not interested. 0 stars for customer service. Stay away and avoid. Spent 28.5k with this company and received an appalling service with no after care whats so ever.
