A happy very customer

In November 2024 I bought a 2015 110 Double Cab from T Elliot Land Rovers. I was from my first phone call impressed with the no pressure conversation with Bob Elliot. It was very obvious to me that I was talking to a genuine enthusiast of the marque which was hugely reassuring. The purchase process that followed was handled with consummate professionalism. The fitting of light guards and personalised number plate dealt with in a caring happy to oblige manner that is sadly lacking in the modern world today. Finally, after taking delivery of ‘Mr Sparkly’ (metallic Aintree green) there were just a couple of niggles (clutch adjustment & excessive wiper mechanism wear) that needed attention. Once again Bob was in understanding and helpful mode, agreeing to cover the cost of repairs under the warranty. It is my opinion that it would be extremely difficult to find another dealership that has such high standards of customer care. We are the proud owners of a number of Defenders so have quite a bit of experience,,, we do not hesitate to recommend to our like minded friends that for their next Land Rover 4x4 change/addition they first visit T Elliot Land Rovers web site.
