Arranged courtesy car for my motability vehicle to go in for a service, arrived this morning and NO courtesy car organised, lad on desk was useless and made me feel as though I'd made it all up, just waffling, when directly challenged on why it had happened.......silence, nothing to offer, so now having to wait for vehicle to be serviced, need it back as my son is in wheelchair, so no other option other than to wait for it, I had a MRI scan this morning at hospital so I've had to cancel that as well. I live an hour away from garage, only come to this branch cos Doncaster are useless, hoping for a better experience here at Mansfield .....NOT, and you know not even an apology this morning not once has anyone said Sorry! Just talking rubbish and waffling excuses and denying all knowledge of the arrangements that had been made and put in place !!! Shi@e customer service.
