VAN MASTER IN CONTEMPT OF COURT ORDER

On the 30th October 2024, the Leeds county court order Kelvedon Motor company van master BARTON ROAD, BURY ST EDMUNDS, SUFFOLK, IP32 7BE, PHONE 01284 338957 to pay back to the Nigerian Yorkshire Communities Network UK Food bank account sum of £3,521 for supplying unserviced van, 2 engine leaks used by the community group food bank for free food collection and distribution to families with high cost of living, tackling food waste in Leeds/Yorkshire, the van is now completely broken down and with Citreon Dealership in Leeds for engine repair, Van lied to our food bank that van delivery will come with full serviced booklet but nothing of such, and eventually our organisation now discovered that van has been parked for more than 1 year, no service, the Leeds county court now order Vam master to pay £3,521 for engine repair and Van master is now in contempt of court orders, we are CIC community interest company, a social enterprise operating a mobile food bank/food pantry community service, and as off today families are unable to feed young ones, asylum, homeless and refugees due to the major engine issue with this van sold to our organisation by van master, this a shames to van master treating a small food bank like this manner since purchase of this van 14th April 2023, we have been lied to, false promise, and van master needs to name and shamed within our community in the UK.
