Atrocious customer service

Went to this garage today to enquire about buying a new mini via motability. No other customers when we went in. Passed to different of staff as non able to help then asked to sit and wait. Sat in the freezing cold show room as heating wasn't working. 3 other customers came in znd all seen before us even though we were sitting waiting to speak to the lady who dealt with motability. She started dealing with another customer who plonked her backside down despite us having been waiting to see her.
