Do not use this company - it’s a scam.

I part exchanged my VW in December 2023 and purchased a Volvo XC40. I was told a price I needed to pay per month- which changed at least four times upon signing paperwork. I had to keep telling them - a price has been agreed. I took out a warranty for two years - which isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. As they don’t cover you for clutch and other mechanisms that go wrong - unless they think it has - even with information from a certified garage. My clutch has gone after only £55,000 miles and when I drove my Volvo away upon purchase the air in the tyres were low and the warning light came on- causing me to stop and readjust the tyres as it was unsafe to drive. I rang Big Motoring Group and they came up with an excuse that it had been sat in the warehouse for ages. Surely if you sell a car - the very least you do is check the tyres? I also enquired about the clutch when I test drove this car and I was sold a lie about how it was different in pressure because I wasn’t used to driving a Volvo. Do not buy a car from this company - it is not fit for purpose.
