warranty means nothing

Well I can't believe I am Leaving 3 stars for a car I am Actually happy with, cost £4000. why do you ask! At first the guy was nice and I thought Genuine, even said it's important for them to have good reviews, otherwise people won't come back, so what is it all over! it's the so-called 3 months warranty, I have no hot heating on the passenger's side, and lukewarm from the middle, a little hotter driver side, I phoned for my partner as he has been very ill, I spoke to the guy, about this problem, he said the mechanic was away on holiday, and gave us his number, this was on the 13th of December, so we waited, nothing happened! then I phoned again on the 6th of January giving it was Christmas, spoke to the same guy, who pretended he knew nothing about it, And asked me, have I checked the problem myself like, is the filter blocked, have I checked all the controls, well if its blowing its working, yes but not hot, then said well the mechanic has gone on holiday again! Went 2 Days before I phoned the second time, twice now really, well I recorded the 2 conversations ! It's the same person I spoke to in the first place. Obviously he's been stalling us, all this time they dont even want to look at the problem, no matter how you look at it. They either knew the car had a heating problem from the beginning, or the 3 months warranty means nothing! and they are not interested in the after sales, any problems won't be even looked at! so whatever your warranty says, this is covered, well its not! I am a woman , and no help! The ironic thing is at the beginning he was so nice we were going to come back and buy another car for me this time around the same price £4000. We are still in the 3 months warranty.! Bought on the 2nd of November, picked up on the 6th of November so ends in February early. Very disappointing, not as genuine as I thought, and not a pleasant end. So its up to you! Do you want to buy from here. God help you if you really have a big problem! Not interested what reply they say, it will be lies, anyway same as our recording we have and we are not going to phone for a third time, as its obvious it's pointless we get the message! From you, you don't care. but really disappointed only wanted you to have a look at least, even though the Matrix is meant to be covered. People are not what they seem.
