Terrible customer service and over sell

I would never recommend this crowd of cowboys. They sold me a dud car that has constantly had over 15 returns to service within 18 months. Service tell you lies and say it is fixed, then a few days later I'm needed towed back from 200 mile trip. I've now sold the car losing over 14K in 21 months. I am seeking help through Ombudsman as I have enough proof they did not fix the car. Anyone buying a Skoda..DO NOT BUY FROM HENRYS GLASGOW.. IF YOU WANT RIPPED OFF BUY FROM THEM
