REQUEST FOR CALLBACK AND BOOKING WORK

I completed a request for Sutton Park to contact me on the 15/01/2025 nothing back from them, I called again today and got through to their central call point who said they would have them call me back. No call. I have called again and when I raised this with the customer adviser they really were not interested. The customer service from here is a joke. We were going to give them a lot of work and it seems that they do not want the business. Even when I said I would take the work to an independent garage they still did not apologise or offer to take information of what we wanted doing.
