Rudeness, disrespectful and lack of care

I'm extremely disappointed with the disrespectful , rude and lack of service I received. I felt talked down to, like I knew nothing about my vehicle. My vehicle went in with a battery fault and was told its my fault continously although nothing i had done could cause the battery to die as tested with my hire vehicle ive referred it to skoda customer service and escalated to the relevant departments aswell as screenshot from emails and call recordings also The constant rudeness from Phil and Matt was unacceptable and not proffesional This negative experience ensures I won't be returning. I'm sharing this to warn others all they want is there sale and then treat you like c**p
