Fiesta parts sales

This companys parts department is an absolute shambles ordered front window winder and quoted £154.26 on the Monday very overpriced but needed so ordered was told that it would be in on Wednesday called on the Wednesday and the part arrived. drove to collect when at parts department they then proceeded to tell me no cash sales and told it was clearly advertised on the parts store window this however is no good for people using telephone at no time was I told in three separate calls about this the man at counter was very abrupt ad proceeded to tell me I couldn't buy the part then after a few words he said I could pay but he wouldn't give any change I had £160 I said this was a crappy service and it was clear the guy was not going to help I then visited the car sales showroom where a very helpful lady tried to sort me some change whenshe asked how much I did know the pence so she contacted parts depot and they then told her the bill Was £168 the lady was obviously not able to know what I was quoted she tried her best needless to say i was fuming not with her but with new even higher than quoted price so I left empty handed. now I went on the official ford online website where I purchased genuine part for£120.95 delivered to my home. the parts dept were obviously trying it on. avoid this company if you possibly can because either they will rip you off or just make up there prices as they wish many thanks to the lady whose hands were tied but tried her best to help me
