Great experience all round!

We recently purchased a VW California from Dan and the team at Zoom. What an amazing service we received from the moment we first showed interest in the vehicle to collection and beyond. Nothing has been too much trouble and additional work was completed to ensure we were totally happy with the vehicle to a standard beyond our expectations. We traded our current motorhome in against the VW and Dan made a very fair offer that required no haggling or time wasting. Dan's enthusiasm and knowledge of using a motorhome was helpful in assuring us we made the right choice and he took a lot of time going through every aspect of the vehicle so we were confident using everything. We would have no hesitation in recommending anyone looking to purchase a motorhome to use Zoom as their first point of contact. Customer service exceeds any other experience of our purchase of a second-hand vehicle, nothing is too much trouble and they are clearly very happy to give a lot of their time to their customers.
